Take your Illustrator skills beyond the basics with hands-on instruction, learning more about working with paths, fills, strokes, gradients and effects. Learn about masks, blending modes and gradient meshes to create intricate shading, as well as industry-level best practices.

This hands-on workshop covers Photoshop basics including techniques in color correction, retouching, montaging, and image manipulation. Students work with brushes, layers, masks, styles, blending modes, and more to create unique imagery.

NCPD 212 – Introduction to Illustrator
July 23–24
Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
This hands-on workshop provides students with a basic working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator. Subjects covered include drawing in Illustrator, usage of Bézier curves and basic color, gradients, and typographic effects.
